AYSO's VISION is to provide world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives. 

AYSO's MISSION is to develop and deliver quality youth soccer programs, which promote a fun, family environment based on our philosophies.

Nearly 16,000 players ages 4 through 18 participate in our programs, which are staffed and run entirely by volunteer coaches, referees and administrators.

We believe that all players should be able to develop their soccer skills and knowledge to the best of their abilities, both individually and as members of a team, in order to maximize their enjoyment of the game.

AYSO has a unique national structure. Its almost 1,000 Regions (community leagues) have two more local levels of the organization that help ensure Regions can deliver programs of a consistent high quality nationwide. The Areas and Sections work together on training, competitions and events to help Regions deliver an excellent soccer experience. They oversee compliance with AYSO fundamentals and focus on helping Regions grow so they can offer the AYSO experience to every child possible.
