I can't log in.
If you have forgotten your username or password, request to reset your password at the login page. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. If you create a second account, it will not be linked to your child, and you will not be able to view your team page or your child's registration information. Email [email protected] if issues persist.
My spouse registered my child, how do I log into their account?
The Primary Account User can send you an invite to be an Additional User on the account. To invite an Additional User to your account, click on the gear icon to "Edit Account Info", scroll to bottom of Primary Parent/Guardian Info page and click on the green "Add Secondary Account Holder" button.
I don't see my team page.
Login to your account with your username and password. Then, click the "Home" icon on the left hand side of the screen. Above the scrolling photos, you should see a tab labeled "Team Central". Your team page can be found here.
When are games and practices?
Game schedules are posted on the Team Central Calendar, accessible by logging into your account. Games take place Saturdays, between 8:15am-12pm, at the Community Center Soccer Fields. Weekly practice times/days will be scheduled by your volunteer coach according to their availability(for divisions 8U+ only). Download the free team page app to view your calendar and receive game reminders on your phone. Search your phone's app store for Dick's TSHQ.
How do I volunteer?
There are many volunteer roles that need to be filled each year. It takes the work of many to make each soccer season happen. We are always looking for more help, especially coaches. No prior experience is necessary, we provide all the training you will need. Registering to volunteer is a two step process. To register as a volunteer, log into your account and add the volunteer role of your choice by searching for "Find Volunteer Roles" in the Volunteer tab in your account.

Can my child be placed on the same team as his/her friend?
Unfortunately, we cannot pair players on the same team, unless they both have parents volunteering to coach that team together or they are siblings. List the name of the volunteer you would like to be paired with when you select to coach your child's division.
My child is on a wait list, when will I know if he/she is placed on a team?
Placement on a team is not guaranteed. Division Administrators do their best to place as many players from the waitlist as possible. We are an all-volunteer run organization, and are always looking for more coaches. You can better your child's chance of being placed on a team, by volunteering to coach. Otherwise, placement off the waitlist is on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for the wait list is free. You will receive an email confirming your child's placement on a team, with instructions to log into your account and pay the registration fee.
I need to cancel my child's registration. Can I get a refund?
No AYSO National Player Fees can be refunded. For regional registration fees, all requests for a refund must be submitted in writing and must include the following: player's first and last name, age/division/birthdate, and reason for withdrawing. Email a written requests to [email protected]. Players withdrawing by August 1, 2022 will be issued a full refund of their regional registration fees ($75 for early bird or $115 for regular). Beginning August 2, 2022 any refund issued will be the regional registration fee minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued once games have begun. A child may not participate in AYSO Region 1438 programs once (s)he has been withdrawn. Coaches are not authorized to allow a withdrawn player to rejoin their teams.
